Dear Mr. Cumby. A donation has been made in your name, in honour of your birthday, to the Kim Howie foundation for the rehabilitation of gravity challenged pole dancers. Numerous one dollar bills have been carefully placed in the undergarnents (such as they are) of numerous young ladies to commerate this happy event. (most from Mr. Howie.)
