I said $15,000 AND UP. I didn't have clairvoyance to assess what type of restoration he was contemplating, or what degree he was going to elevate the restoration.

Just busting your chops there.
 No offense intended.How I long for the days of the $15,000 restoration. I think the last time I spent $15,000 on a restoration was 1985. And that was when I paid $5000 for the car - a 1-of-5 1971 440 Six-Barrel, four-speed Cuda ragtop with original drivetrain. You can cue the Barbra Streisand "The Way We Were" soundtrack now, while I cry.
