Hard to imagine he has much business at those prices. I like this line on his website....

What, NASA is still using 8 tracks?

But seriously, perhaps that's where he comes up with his pricing structure. Our Government has been known to buy $600 hammers and $1000 toilet seats, so $500 8 track player repairs aren't much of a stretch of the imagination
