looks like an easy fix, crank up the 18 wheeler pull forward until tow truck is upright?

Seriously, dont those Class A tow trucks have outriggers that this operator evidently didnt have extended ?????

Or am I mistaken ????????

The supports were extended in the rear. You can see them if you look very closely. I have no idea why it rolled, since without air pressure the air brakes should be completely locked. That's a bizarre one.

Jeez! You would have thought that they checked the most basic, simplest item first: Make sure the dash-mounted air brake pop-off valve was pulled out.
