Here is the sellers response FWIW: "The previous owner who was restoring the car began to install the power windows. The motors are installed for the rear windows, but not wired. I do have the motors that they purchased to install in the front windows." - carrie7121

I love this part of the auction wording....
"Due to the inability to find another 396 big block, I had a 454 engine put into the car" Wow, couldn't find a 396 anywhere...they must have put a lot of effort into that search
