I gave up on new batteries for daily drivers years ago and only trust boneyard ones now..
Most are almost new anyway, they're bench and road tested plus you can choose from a vast selection of brands for only $25 bucks a unit!.

When your battery explodes on start up its a big problem
acid goes everywhere. It could damage your paint if you don't neutralize it imedialty. So Its not only that the battery leaks but may explode under the hood like mine.
I still am trying to figure out why the battery exploded
under the hood on start up.??
