I just want to say that is was a real pleasure to finally meet you, and your wife, Carol is a dreamboat. You're a lucky man.
Now all your pictures were wonderful, except that ragged '69 El Camino parked outside!!
I did have a lot of fun looking over that '61 Biscayne. It is the real deal and drag raced "seriously" from new. Remnants of the original inspection sticker showed a '64 date!!!

This is my friend's '55 wagon!

He is a former US 30 employee too! He goes to this reunion every year, even wears his uniform.

[b] Joe McNally and friends from Vargo Dragway were there with tables full of memorabilia and hundreds
of old pictures. There were racers to talk to all day long! They had an entire room full of racing artifacts
and a slide picture show. Thanks to all for that great presentation!

They were also promoting their 10th annual reunion at the old strip which was closed down in '69
but still exists!
The proceeds benefit youth organizations - Great bunch of people!! -

I saw my buddies "Go Shop" Olds wagon in those shots. He sold it this winter/ spring and I made sure that he told the new owner about York!!! Great looking bunch of shots!!!!
