Looks like 68-72 GTO dial placed over the original speedo. I think I can see numbers through the turn signal voids.

Unless the original color of the car is black w/gold interior and you have an extremely rare Black Panther!

Nah, it's a base model car gold outside and gold inside.. shackles and slotted wheels, rolled rear fender lips and lots of rust... I enlarged the pic of the speedometer on my computer and I think I see some numbers too so it must be something someone thought would be cool.. The 1986 title says it had 34100 miles. The subsequent 4743 miles appear to have been run on both quarters and not on the wheels.....


Wait a minute, what's a Black Panther ?

Downtown Casino Car Show - Sault Ste. Marie, ON

I just bumped it to the front so it's easy to find.
I had never heard of them before and found it fascinating!
