That's the Lower reverse lock out rod,part #3955776.
It goes from the frame mounted idler lever to the 1st-Rev lever on a Manual trans. Specifically used on 1969 Camaro BB 4spd. only.

My memory is fair at best, and it was July when I started looking for this rod. But I remember contacting you about the rod and you told me you had a few of them but you weren't sure about selling them. Good luck with your ebay sale, I'm still looking for one.
