[/ QUOTE ] Id say they are dull chrome and would clean up well,no pits,rechromable 100% certain.These are low mile california parts,bumper available as well . Depending on car they could be polished and used on a good driver as there is no rusty or pitted areas to feel with your hand . I cannot see the inside since they are mounted.Send email address if you want some more pics and info sent
