The springs that a hood hinge is holding are what mattered,so be sure you check into which one they have as well.To answer a few emails, here are just two pertaining to Erics' own vehicle..
Spring #3848272 is 8-25/64" long free sitting with 27-3/4 coils used on: *1963-64 Chevy II *1963-65 Chevelle *1964-66 Impala series *1966-67 Chevelle w/SuperSport *1967-69 Camaro w/350cid or 396cid. *1970 Impala series *1971-72 Monte Carlo inc.Elcamino Custom *1970-72 Chevelle w/Supersport or HeavyChevy pckg. Spring #3864680 is 8-13/32" long free sitting with 24 coils used on: *1965 Chevy II *1966-67 Chevelle w/o SuperSport *1968 Chevelle 2nd design *1968 Impala series *1969-72 Chevelle w/o SuperSport or HeavyChevy pckg. I show many dealers around the country still holding inventory on both of these springs,so if anyone needs them let me know. |
