My personal favorites, the Nostalgia Super Stocks.
              Our Buddy, Larry Quinn from Springfield, IL. Larry used to run at our 1/8 mile strip back in the 70s.

Thanks for posting those Dennis. I tried desperately to make it but at $620 air fair, it was not going to happen. We got to get Joel to come to more of these events. I am looking forward to seeing him again.

We'll get him there. I'm pretty sure he'll be at the reunion this year,................. maybe behind the wheel of a Black Chevelle on Friday.
  Here's some shots of the 'Flag racing'. Note the 'Starter' out front in the smoke. Brought back some good memories. Of course, with no electronics the cars had to be staged manually.

This is Phil Pofal's (Firesuit Phil) 46 Ford..he built the car back in the late 50's/Early 60's (Oldsmobile Powered) and is having the time of his life Traveling and Racing in the Gasser Circuit........Dennis......."Great" Shots and it looks like a Good time was had by All.........
