No, it's Sal M from Norwalk. I used to live right next door to him and he had a silver Corvette w/silver seats that looked just like this one. He owned it with a partner named Matt who was going to restore it. Thought this could be the same Matt.

About 60 miles east of Indy. I've had this car around 8 years. Matching number 327-350hp engine. Best Vette I've ever owned. Everything works right down to the clock. Needs nothing.
