If your Nova uses a throttle cable and mounting bracket like a 70 Chevelle does , then Chad is correct, the spring # 3970274 is a green spring, not a blue one. The repros all come painted blue for this application which is incorrect. I use a dupli-color enamel spray can # DA1630 for this spring color.

Thanks Chris & Chad, yes it uses a throttle cable w/bracket and not a mechanical linkage...
That DA1630 is called leaf green. I found it on Dupli-color's website... Thanks Jim for the heads up on the repro springs.. Mine is very strong and has been on the car for some time just did not have the correct color on it... Rich
