Wow... the buy it now prices on his completed auctions were stupid low... an original 14 x 6 69 camaro disk brake ralley for a BIN of $25... there are too many to even look at... all LOW BIN's...

hmmm... a low BIN gets the item sold without any local traffic plus it is off of ebay as quickly as possible thus in front of the fewest sets of eyes possible... Very clever...
