Joel is the only person who verifies BM cars... you will have to pay the money ($1500) to get it verified...

I've spoken to Joel over the phone a few times & was alway's talkative,informative & very nice to me.Call him, present him with what you have & ask for his address & send whatever money he asks for & all the info you have.Be patient & don't bug him & every other day & he will get back to you!
