The waxy release agent on the tire can be resmoothed out on the tire by using a heat gun on low or a hair drier. But once you drive on them they will crack again. I use a product from the old Rusty Jones rustproofing Co. It does not attract the brown road dust you see on other tires and helps keep the waxy release agent soft so you don't see the white haze.
