That was an NOS GM replacement from ebay, but here are some pictures of an original taken off a low mileage 68 SS396 built at Framingham. I don't recall the exact build date, but I know it was before December. They both appear to be the same.    Also Joe, I have been able to get nice red 427 foils out of pitted bezels with a torch. If you apply heat to the backside, the metal gets hot enough that the chrome under the foil bubbles and as the glue softens they basically fall right out. Steve
