I found their website and emailed the owner. His dad owned Herron Chevy. I did not even get an email back from him. Must be a nice guy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Herron is the dealership that Bob Harris's '69 Copo Camaro came from. He had an original sticker duplicated from another copo sold from that dealership to put on his car. He may be able to have more done up. It is a rectangular sticker, approximately 1-1/2" x 4" lg. and just has the name on it.

My old G M Vintage Services documentation from years back says my 1968 Z'ed was delivered in mid Winter '68 to Herron Motors, 1289 Stanley St. Cooksville Ontario - Dealer code #95108.
Seems to me I also tried maybe 15 - 20 years back to see if I could determine if they were still in business with no luck - guess I see why now. Sure would have liked to have found out the name of the first owner of my car who I was told was an NHL player. Second owner bought it off the used car lot so I guess I'll never know. Randy |
