Rich how about sending this to the police stations in Ohio ie. Columbus,Cincy,Cleveland and their respective unions or are you allowed to do that?

Doug, I believe my friend said that it was sent out to all agencies as an attachment and looks like it was somewhat put together by Steve Loomis who is the Union President for the "CPA", Cleveland Police Patrolmens Association...
