Default Re: Vintage 1971 Raleigh Chopper banana bike

You guys are scaring me now. My Son and I are also avid bike collectors. Started with the Schwinn's, then after accumulating one of each year (1963-1979), we decided to get one of each color Krate. We succeeded in both goals with the exception of the Grey Ghost, but we recently added the repro Grey Ghost to the fleet. Some of you have seen me tooling around Cghevy Vettefest on one of my bikes, as I always grab one before I leave. (easier then a golf-cart and passengers tend to stay away).

We also have a variety of 16/20's including several Raleigh Choppers, one of which is an N.O.S. girls version which we assembled for the very first time when we acquired it several years ago.

We have pared down the collection (to about 30 or so) after having as many as 60-70 or so when we had the old business in a warehouse.

Good Luck with the sale!

BA
