Ohio restricted driving plate, better known as "Party Plates" or "Drunk Plates".
Drive by any construction sight and every other Pick-Em-Truck will be sporting these beauties  You can't go out anywhere now without seeing a couple of these, Gurls like em too  If you have this plate in the "Buckeye State"....you might not wan't to use your own ride for bar hopping

Someone recently remarked on the NOT4NJNK plate in my signature. Yes it is real, but it was not my first choice.
