I fell your pain buddy, I will be turning in my 04 Malibu and I must eat a $500. windshield too  I got two estimates of 5 and 5 1/4. I have one more place to check. I will not fix it till turn in time. Mike

Best price I could get was $294.00 installed and that was a factory ford glass.

Most insurance companies don't have a deductable on glass replacement. Check with your's before you do anything.
