This is my company. I have all the original negatives and ink formulas from AC Delco, the original manufacturer of these gauges. I use the factory original silkscreening process, not decals, overlays, hot stamping or pad printing like the competition. This is a little off topic so sorry, I have replaced the sending unit for my temp gauge and it is not functioning, Assuming that there may be some wiring issues how do you test a factory gauge? Is the only way to remove it and place a sending unit in hot water????

Is your gauge doing anything at all? A common problem is too much plumbers tape on the sender threads.

Sorry been off line for a day or so. Yes there is plumbers tape on the threads!!!!!!!!!!!!
