Torque Drive trans is a 2 speed but not the typical Powerglide. They were installed in 4 cylinder and alot of 6 cylinder Novas. Tommy ![]() [/ QUOTE ] I had a 1970 Nova with a 6 and the Torque Drive trans years ago....1982. From what I remember it was in high gear all the time. I don't ever remember it shifting unless I did it manually. I put a T-350 in it and the little 6 came alive. The trans had a shift kit in it and it would get 2nd. ![]() ![]()
