From one of the questions in the listing, there's a fan shroud that's not installed, which explains the apparent distance between the fan and radiator. Not sure about the mag wheels though - if there was ever a Nova that deserved to have dog dishes that's the one.

The car in the article was a three speed manual, but the Ebay one is an automatic (Powerglide?) - uphill grades or headwinds might be an adventure.
