Dog, great pics. What was the asking price on the red ls6 ragtop? and was it real? thanks

[/ QUOTE ]

[b] It was represented as a real LS-6. There was no price shown and it didn't go up on Friday. This was in the window.

just saw this thread. I was there too friday. Looked pretty good this year for quality cars.. as compared to years past.. Did you look real close at that orange COPO's 'documentation" on the front windshield? Sure look fake to me.. Looks like it was new 'aged' paper..

[b] Spent Friday at the auction in Atlantic City - lots of nice stuff!

This orange COPO is even finer looking in person - what a beautiful car!

Just ain't the same show since they moved from the Boardwalk Convention Center. The Swap Area/Flea market has been a joke ever since. No more good parts for sale; but you can buy all the model cars and cheap Japanese jewelery you want! The Blue 67 SS 396 sold for 32k according to the owner. I called him this past Wednesday. Was all there too. Nice car.

Yep; there was nothing like browsing the cars, pick up a couple of "snap dogs" and a coke, head up to the balcony and watch the cars roll across the block. That was a much more enjoyable time than how it is now at the new joint.
