Old nostalgic drag cars are the new wave, this thread is 140 pages long!
You can see some Arnie Beswick and Grumpy's toy's I think on page 2.

I'll throw my opinion in too. I have a 70 Nova with a 427 in it. Not quite an L88, but close. It is a blast to drive, so I would lean towards leaving the L88 in the car. Do what has to be done to get the original driveline and store it. When (if) you ever get tired of the big incher, put it back to all original. In the meantime, beat the crap out of it.

I know John, he was not a Nova guy just Camero and Chevelles. I know he now really likes this Nova and is going to sell his post Chevelle(forgot what year it is) and keep the "CHEVY II TUFF' Nova, but who knows.

John is a Camero and Chevelle person, his plans were to sell it ,but last I talked to him he was thinking of keeping the "CHEVY II TUFF" Nova(to do some Nostalgia Drag events and have fun with this car) and selling the Post Chevelle he has but who knows. He said the Nova is a very cool car and the condition would be very hard to re-place.

brgrman, just a tip - it's considered a board faux-pau to double post, ie; it's like you are having a conversation with yourself. Not to mention, I think John can answer the questions that are posed to him.

BTW, where's your stars??
