Cool! Didn't realize they made any L79 Novas with a/c - gotta be super rare, and black to boot!

About 10 years ago I worked with a fella that was a master mechanic at a Chevrolet dealer here in St. Louis back in the sixties. He was full of great stories. He told me if A/C was a deciding factor in a potential customer buying a car, that two dealer mechanics could install that under-the-dash A/C unit in only 45 minutes. He also told me that the demand for 409 cars was so great in the early 60's that the dealer was actually installing 409's into brand new 6-cylinder cars. I suppose if one of these cars would surface with paperwork, it could actually be called a supercar. Neat stories.
