Might want to post this on the forums on chevelles.com. Also, there are two Chevelle CDs out there for '66-'67 cars that have all the information you will need. Do a search on the forum for Chevelle CD and you'll find 'em. Think I paid $30 or so. Money well spent.

Pretty sure the valve covers were chrome. Don't know on the TH400.
