I tried to get a similar pic of mine.... but the edge really looks similar..but could you post a pic of the center depression..it does look deeper on yours...but this does feel like really heavy guage...I bought a repo lid for my real 70 Z air cleaner and its a bit thinner metal than this one...(I did keep the pitted original lid though..but just by luck...I just kept everything...never really thought about original back then...)
