I don't know the actual physical differences,but here's their applications:
#3945461-1969 Camaro/Chevelle w/wood wheel AND 1969 Camaro w/CUSHION rim wheel.
#3901314-if you mean 3901341,then that's a 1967 Nova wood wheel horn cap only,excludes the Super Sport.
#3923667-1966-68 ALL cars w/wood grained wheel.
