It's an inside mirror bracket for a 69-71 Blazer and El Camino. Maybe others as well.

It'll just go back into the pile, or it will find it's way onto Benjamin's car - it sure is a nice looking piece. I guess I better make sure the part number on the bracket matches what's on the box though. I'll be back tomorrow
