Default Re: Old T-10...help id??

The assembly date on it is Oct. 21, '63, which means it was never installed in a new Chevy. They were all converted to Muncies 6 months earlier.
IT is the latest design of the first generation of T-10s with the T10D-1 case and it's a close ratio (2.20 1st). It's a very good trans for not much more than 400hp, but it's not correct for any Chevy restoration.
