I would say Ed does. He bought out a very large inventory from a GM dealership that specialised if I remember correctly in corvettes and muscle cars and has a warehouse full of NOS 60's and early 70's GM parts.Last time we spoke he indicated there was so much he didnot even know himself what was there. He said he was in his 60's now and time to move it to people who can put it to use rather than hold on to it. I had two of those big eared caps which brought just over 500 each.I am not sure when GM stopped making them but it was early on since I have ones I bought in the mid 70's and they are small ear. The repo is close.

I have seen three original versions of this cap and there may be more one with stainless embossed or stamped one with out and one cap just stamped steel. Gm didnot buy these all from one supplier. I don't see the stainless stamped on this in the normal location however.Where do you see it???

Hi Rich,
I got your email and pictures. Thanks! I think it's the best repop I've seen for these rad caps. I did notice the gasket needs to be trimmed a little, but other than that they look real good. I know there were a few different center rivets that were used, but I don't know if it was because of different suppliers or an early/late thing. If I didn't have a few originals to use I would buy a few of these. I just might buy one anyway. Here's the pictures so others can check them out.
