scroll to the bottom of ads like that and click the 'report this item' link..
then click the 'fraudulent listings' link
the the 'you suspect the listing is fraudulent you didn't bid' link
the continue and then on th enext page finally click the 'email us' link on the bottom and send away. The ad will be gone same day
