Default Re: Christenholz Liquidating?

I talked with Bob at SC Indy around 1985. I had seen the car in a magazine earlier and asked him about the statement they published regarding the "Special Order Bumper Pad". He just laughed and said he had a local sign painter apply that to the bumper because he liked it. (Hand painted; you can still see the brush strokes.) If I recall correctly he also had it done to a Red Coupe he owned.
It was a real treat to see it again at the Reunion. Yep, one of the Best, if not THE Best one around. (But then I might be a bit partial to the color and option combo. )

Charley, why don't YOU buy it and I'LL store it for you right next to a Black Coupe.
