Default Dash/gauge rebuilding

Three questions:
1.) Anyone know if the paint for the gauge mounting plate might be available, or am I going to have to mix colors till I come up with this greenish/blueish satin paint.
2.) Where's the best place to send gauges out to be checked/fixed. This is a fairly expensive original 69, L-78 tach/gauge pod, and I want to send it to someone who can be trusted to do what has to be done and send it back, in a reasonable amount of time.
3.) I may want to rebuild the clock with a quartz movement. Pro's..Con's .... and where would you guys send it?

Bill
I restored my own.I took it all apart, then brushed the steel
parts with a soft wire wheel on the grinder . Make sure that you dont remove any dates as those dates are further proof of your cars build date. The painted surfaces
I cleaned with a chemical degreaser and then matched painted
the inside of the steel case.I mixed paints until I got the right colour. As far as repairing the gauges maybe someone else can help.I blasted the screws and then painted them the right colour. (stainless paint) also the steel
cover. the finnish came out real nice. take a look
