I saw that chariot, it was a clone.

A title search found out it was actually a stolen recovery that was used by a guy named Judas Ben Hur, a man who set many street race records in his famous four horsepower wooden cart.

Many say he was a dirty racer and was actually called The Intimidator by his mostly mortally wounded competitors. He apparently plated the stolen golden cart with aluminum to avoid suspicion.
