That's when they do it legally. When stolen cars go out, they hide them in the large containers with a ton of garbage in the front by the door, piled from the floor to the ceiling. The cars end up being heavily damaged in the process but the a**holes on the recieving end don't care since they will have a buyer for them in whatever condition they arrive.
