Fairly standard broadcast sheet. The fact that something is printed in the F&SO box is not uncommon, it was just the way they aligned the forms.
The scan is difficult to read, so I can't make out if the code you are referencing is actually a 'ZJ0'. The issue is that I don't think there is a ZJ0 code, the ZJ codes start with '1' through '9' but skip several digits in between. Here they are: ZJ1 = Custom Interior ZJ2 = Custom Exterior ZJ3 = Interior Conv. Package ZJ5 = Exterior Decor ZJ6 = Special Sport Sedan ZJ7 = Special Wheel, Hub Cap & Trim Ring ZJ9 = Auxiliary Lighting Group I took a look at the other codes on your sheet - as best I could. Looks like a double blk cherry with black bucket gut, tinted glass, rear window defroster/defogger, console, and SS conversion. Neat car.
