Les, At this point take the car home and when you restore it youll find a sheet if its there. Not really fair to want to find a sheet in the car in order to follow thru with the purchase unless it was agreed upon with the seller. After all,if the seller found another build sheet with the vin on it today and wanted more money, you wouldnt be too happy.

I've sold a few things on ebay and I have refunded money or canceled deals mutually to keep everyone happy, but always as a mutual agreement between buyer and seller. If you go there with the intention of completing the deal (after all a deal is a deal) and you aren't happy, you may come to an agreement with the seller. Barring that, complete the deal and leave negative feedback ruining their 100% positive rating of 1. Aproach it like that and I think you will be happy.
