I think you're both in the ball park of where you should be. There is no way to be dead on. Old laquer looks different than bc/cc, cross over colors vrs original paint samples, even the application process. As much as I enjoy beating you up about PURPLE, none,ie:Porterfield, you, or Harry, are exact. I believe you can compare color matching to women.ie: While they all may be fundamentally the same, there are differences.
I did have a chance to visit with Harry at Monmouth. We had a very nice chat about his car, and how his lace is actually sprayed on, not a graphic decal. He mentioned that he was now working on his old camaro. I look forward to seeing it also. It was very nice to see both him, and Ray Morrison with their Harrell/Gibb cars.
