Default Camaro Stinger Hood

I was getting ready to post this 67-69 Stinger hood on Ebay today. In the middle of writing the description, I realized I did not know enough about these hoods to accurately represent it. I bought this hood at a local swapmeet in Central CA. The guy I bought it from had bought a house and this hood was left hanging on the garage wall along with some other Camaro parts. The bailing wire that it was hanging with is still attached. He knew nothing about it other than it had been there for a long time. It looks to have never been mounted on a car. I believe the hood is from the 60's or early 70's. There are encapsuled nuts for the hood hinges but nothing to attach the hood latch. It looks like the pin bosses came installed in the hood when new. Does anyone know what the glass layout on the inner structure looks like on an "original" hood? Yes, I know the lawn needs water

Thanks,

Jason

I was reading up on A&A hoods a few weeks ago. Why does it always take longer or is impossible to find something again that seemed so easy the first time?.

I'm not 100% sure but I think the original hoods underside looks like a bunch of squares or sections bonded together, when I asked Mark Hassett about it a while back he said it was a rough finish underneath

I would think this would be considered a rough finish compared to the ones being produced currently. Maybe I'll just list it on EBay, that always seems to bring the experts out of the woodwork

SuperNovaSS i cant say much about the hoods but i was told the same as the other person posted that the original hoods where rough on the bottom and had the duct work for the air cleaner made into it, the one i have you can tell its old school fiberglass,
