I really shouldn't complain. I managed to sneak one in yesterday myself and my "alarm clock" called me two hours later. Because of that and all the pop I drank I was still wide awake at 2:00 a.m. last night but the damned body alarm clock still went off as usual at 6:30 this morning.

Hmmm...same thing happened with me, too! Had a great nap....then couldn't sleep last night. Was up early today to go to the lake to escape the heat. I refused to take a nap today...that's okay...Lynn took hers...and mine too

Hey Naps are great for your health if you have the time for them. The trick is to cat nap for about one half an hour not 2 or 3 hours.
