That's a BI 2:73 OPEN ratio,specifically for a 1969 Camaro built after August 6th,1969...1970 production began a three letter prefix.
Novas used this code too,but I think your late assembly date would exclude them. The 69 camaro was assembled longer,treading into early 1970 production.
