Here's another shot of an original in the trunk of my '62. The line worker almost missed the 2 glue dobs completely. Also note that the paper is not a heavy weight at all.
I purchased a repro sticker many years ago that was correct in every detail, but it was on very heavy stock so it still wouldn't look correct if it was attached.
