At the Atlantic City Collector Car Auction this past February there was a 1983 Pontiac 25th Anniversary Daytona Pace Car edition Trans Am with 163 miles still on MSO!!!

This certainly isn't the lowest mile 3rd gen in existance. I'm sure there are even examples with less than 163 miles (not many, but I'm sure someone has one out there).
