Here is a pic from Eddyville. A week ago friday. I couldn't figure out if the brakes were holding in the burn out or not look at the marks behind the front tires!! The brakes were holding the car was pushing the tires.

You'd think you Iowa folks would be tryin' to give away all the water they can! LOL!!

But I'd say your hunch is correct...a lot of the test 'n' tunes I've been to the track guys either send out there 'rookie' crew, or the main crew just wanna do as little as possible (ie, maintain water box)...and you're double screwed if it's a t'n't and there's a poor turnout!

I waited one hour to get across the bridge in burlington to go to Monmouth friday night. The water from the river flood on the Ill. side had backed up 10 miles from the river. Never seen so much water in my life!! unreal

Bill, I think if you take another look at the picture you'll see it's a photo of a photo, and the angle (probably to eliminate glare) has the rear of the car distorted.

I noticed that too.

Bill, It's just the picture of the picture. It does look broke but so far it isn't.

Howie's been working hard (yeah, I know; but it's true!). He's been at it for well over ten years but I think he's finally starting to reap the rewards. And I know for sure he's having fun at last!

Kim! I couldn't be happier for you!

Last week at Eddyville.

She's damned sure NO TRAILER QUEEN!
