022024 150357 is the DP Sequence No. It will appear on the build sheet and was used for processing and linking together all production departments throughout the facility, part of an electronic "broadcasting" system that assures that the correct parts and accessories for a given car will arrive at the proper place at exactly the right time.

They put it on the tag so as to be able to ID the body when it arrived in the body bank in the final assembly plant. GMAD plants assembly and supplied sub-assemblies for many different GM Models.
